Choose the way to view and pay your City of Claremont Bill

The City of Claremont is launching a new online Utility Billing portal for sanitation customers. The updated system will make it easier and more convenient to view bills, make payments, and manage your account. The new online portal will launch this fall. The change will take effect for bills mailed in early October 2026.

With the new system you may pay your sanitation bill in several ways:

  1. Online One-Time Quick Payment
  2. Automatic Recurring Payments
  3. By Mail with a Check, Cash, or Money Order
  4. By Phone using the new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system with a credit or debit card
  5. In Person at City Hall with a check, cash, money order, credit card, or debit card

Your October bill will be mailed to the address on your account. ALL CUSTOMER BILLS WILL BE MAILED IN OCTOBER. Even customers currently enrolled in autopay will receive a mailed bill. The October bill, which will be due in December, will contain your new account number which can be used to access the new online portal and enroll for paperless statements and recurring payments. NOTE: Recurring payment options will not transfer and will need to be established on the new portal after October 1st.

Your statement will be available online on the new system. Customers may also opt into paperless billing if they choose. You will not be automatically entered into paperless billing.

Once you have enrolled in City of Claremont's Online BillPay you can update your personal information by logging into your account at any time.
