Payments made in excess of the total bill amount will show as a credit on the customer's next bill. Questions concerning refunds of erroneous payments may be addressed in writing to Culligan Water Customer Service Department. If approved, the refund will be made in the form of a check made payable to the name on the Culligan Water account. The refund process may take up to 60 days.
