Refund Policy

The City of Hesperia/Hesperia Water District provides water and sewer services to the customers of the City. We allow the customers to pay for the service with a VISA, MasterCard, or by their bank account.

Payments made in excess of the total bill amount will show as a credit on the customer's next bill. Questions concerning refunds of erroneous payments are to be addressed in writing to the Hesperia Water District. A review will be performed and, if appropriate, a refund will be made either by refunding the payment account used or by issuing a check made payable to the name on the water/sewer account. The refund process may take up to fourteen (14) days.
