Refund Policy

The consumer has the right to request a refund or cancellation of their Utility Billing payment within 24 hours of purchase. This request may be made by telephone, e-mail or fax. Please call the utility billing department at (925) 960-4320 or click on the contact us link, and send us the date of charge, amount of charge, and reason for refund or cancellation. Your refund or cancellation will be made within two business days of the request being received.
