In any claim or action by you directly or indirectly arising under this Agreement, you and we each irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the California State District Court sitting in Contra Costa County, California, or if such court does not have subject matter jurisdiction, then you and we each irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the United States Court for the District of California, and whichever of those two courts has jurisdiction, you and we each waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such court.

Unless you provide it to us voluntarily or the information is collected via cookies, SAFE Security does not collect personally identifiable information about you (including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address) in connection with your use of this Web site.

To whom do we disclose your information?

Refund Policy
Payments made in excess of the total statement amount will show as a credit on the customer's next statement. Questions concerning refunds of erroneous payments may be addressed in writing to SAFE Security's Customer Service Department. If approved, the refund will be made in the form of a check made payable to the name on the SAFE Security account. The refund process may take up to 30 days.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and graphics ("Marks") indicated on this site are the property of SAFE Security and/or its affiliates, in the United States and other countries. You may not make any use of SAFE Security's Marks without the prior written consent of SAFE Security.

Our Credit Card Data Responsibility

We are responsible for the merchant cardholder data that our system stores or transmits on behalf of the customer, and will maintain compliance with all applicable PCI DSS requirements. Customers are requested to notify us in the event that they experience issues that may affect the security, availability or privacy of the services they are utilizing.
